The Firebird Commander gives you two ways to fly. Standard mode and expert mode. If you’ve never flown before Standard Mode will have you up and flying like a pro in no time. Expert mode provides even turning performance and extra manoeuvrability so you can race around pylons or take on similarly equipped planes in thrilling ‘air to air’ combat.
The Firebird Commander is also equipped with the innovative X-port features allowing you to add exciting plug-in accessories like the sonic Combat Unit and Drop Module (both sold separately). The Firebird Commander’s larger size also gives better flying characteristics and longer flight times.

Sonic Combat Module
Plug in the Sonic Combat Module and take on similarly equipped HobbyZone planes in aerial combat. When “hit”, the SCM temporarily disables your opponent’s motor for ten seconds while still allowing them to steer.
The Sonic Combat Module is compatible with any X-Port equipped HobbyZone airplane, like the Fighterbird and the Firebird Commander.
